We have significantly improved the Quotation module now available in both Lantek Workshop Manager and Lantek Integra:
The new update enables new functions such as:
- The entrance of two collaborative roles for elaborating a quote: Technical and Commercial
- The grouping of parts being quoted is now permitted, enabling the cleaning of geometries and combined nesting
- The editing process of price categories has been improved and made more streamlined
- The organization of quotation/order lines and other documents is permitted using re-numbering tools
What can I do with this version that I couldn’t before?
More options and quotation configurations at your disposal:
- Carry out the same quotation project both from Lantek Integra and from Lantek Manager
- Assign the entire route to parts in a quotation project, including non-cutting parts
- Send warnings / notifications to the commercial manager during the quoting process
- The ability to establish the price of the material as provided by the client, and discount said price from the price
- Save time duplicating price categories and rules regarding pricing
- Reorganization of the quotation lines
